3 - KERATINIZATION OF THE GUMS
Day after day, LyreJet
increases the strength of the gums and
their tightness around the teeth. This
is due to the simultaneous action of a
specific dental floss which rubs
(mechanical stimulation) and pulsed
waterjets associated which massage
(hydraulic stimulation) superficially
causing thickening and firmness of the
gums (keratinization). This is the same
phenomenon that we encounter on the
surface of the hands: by friction, the
skin thickens and becomes horny and
therefore more resistant. The more
LyreJet is used, the more the gums
become resistant and impermeable to
bacteria around the teeth, the better
they protect the periodontium
(periodontium = all the supporting
tissues of the teeth = gum +
alveolar-dental ligament + bone).
